By creating an account or using Vintor Ai you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Vintor Ai provides AI-powered tools including video generation, image generation, photo enhancement, talking photo, baby predictor, and text-to-speech, along with a social feed for sharing creations.
You retain ownership of the media you upload. You grant Vintor Ai a limited license to process, transform, store, and display your content strictly to operate the service (including generating outputs and publishing to the feed when you choose to share).
You may not use Vintor Ai to generate content that is illegal, sexually explicit involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, targeted harassment, deceptive impersonation, or that infringes third-party rights. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Generations consume credits. Credits and Pro subscriptions are billed via the app store or web checkout. Unused credits are non-refundable except where required by law. Redemption codes are single-use and expire per their issued terms.
AI outputs are provided "as is". They may contain errors or unexpected results. You are responsible for how you use them, including compliance with likeness, trademark, and copyright laws in your jurisdiction.
You may delete your account any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
The service is provided without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. Vintor Ai is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
