Vintor Ai ("we", "our", "us") builds AI-powered creative tools including video generation, image generation, photo enhancement, talking photo, baby predictor, and text-to-speech. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
We collect: (1) Account data (email, username, avatar); (2) Content you upload (photos, videos, audio, prompts); (3) Generation history and credits usage; (4) Device and log data (IP, user agent, crash logs) to keep the service running and secure.
To provide and improve the service, deliver generated media back to you, personalize recommendations, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
Prompts and inputs may be transmitted to third-party AI processors (e.g. model providers via secure APIs) solely to fulfil your generation request. They are bound by their own privacy terms and are not permitted to train foundation models on your inputs unless you explicitly opt in.
Uploads and generations are stored while your account is active and for a reasonable period after so you can access your history. You can delete individual items or your entire account at any time from Settings.
Depending on your region (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data. Contact privacy@vintor.ai to exercise these rights.
Vintor Ai is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
